Appointments and Cancellations
Doctor's hours are by appointment only, except for emergencies. We reserve your appointment time especially for you and your cat. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that other cats needing help may be seen.
Payment and Fees
Our
fees reflect the care, skill, time, and individual attention necessary
to deliver the best quality of care. Please feel free to discuss costs
with the doctor at any time. Payment for treatment is due at the time
that services are rendered. If other arrangements are necessary,
discuss this with the doctor prior to your appointment. For your
convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.
Carriers
Our new location has a busy parking lot and is
next to a heavily trafficked road. Please keep your cat in an enclosed
carrier at all times until safely inside an exam room. We want to keep
your cats safe; we love them too!
